At V/A Automation, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for your purchase.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within this period.

To qualify for a refund:

• Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
• You must provide your license key and purchase details
• The license must not have been excessively used (fair use applies)
• No evidence of abuse or violation of Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1. Email us at refunds@vaautomation.com
2. Include your license key and email address used for purchase
3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
4. Include your cryptocurrency wallet address for refund

We will process your request within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we cannot reverse the original payment but will send an equivalent amount to your specified wallet.

Processing time: 2-5 business days after approval

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
• License key has been revoked due to Terms of Service violations
• Evidence of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of license
• Third-party platform bans (we're not responsible for platform policies)
• Change of mind after the 14-day period
• Technical issues on your end (incompatible system, network issues, etc.)

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. The refund, if approved, will be for the full purchase price minus any cryptocurrency transaction fees.

7. License Revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be immediately revoked and will no longer function. All access to the software will be terminated.

8. Promo Code Refunds

If you used a promo code for a discount, the refund amount will be the actual amount you paid, not the original price. Promo codes are not refundable separately.

9. Chargebacks

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, chargebacks are not applicable. Please use our official refund process outlined above rather than attempting to dispute the transaction with your payment provider.
